Legal Referral and Law Suit Forwarding Services are considered and protected with a $3,500,000.00 BOND per case/ claim.

$3,500,000.00 BOND COVERAGE INCLUDES:

1. Sanders & Douglas' referral and Insurance program includes coverage against acts of larceny, embezzlement, and fraudulent failure to make accounting or overcharge. This is not a malpractice insurance program.

2. This bonding program covers Sanders & Douglas Clients and claims in all 50 states and Canada, but does not provide coverage on foreign attorneys or foreign claims, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

3. This commercial crime policy and employee dishonesty coverage has a $3,500,000.00 limit of liability.

4. Coverage maintained by Hickey & Hickey, Inc. Bedford, NY 10506 Policy #CRP524-48-48-01 with policy expiration date of July 31, 2009. Afforded Coverage by Great American Insurance Company.
